Warranty Policy
Descriptions or specifications appearing in Hobbs Medical literature are solely meant to generally describe the product at the time of manufacture and do not constitute any express warranties. Hobbs Medical warrants all of its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Storage conditions and product use are beyond Hobbs Medical’s control and may directly affect the products and the results obtained from them. The user assumes responsibility for any consequences that may arise from the final use of the products. No person has any authority to bind Hobbs Medical to any representation or warranty concerning these products.
All reusable products offered by Hobbs Medical are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. All disposable products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the first use only.
Hobbs Medical reserves the right to make improvements and changes to any of our products described on this site. Should you have a suggestion for either improving an existing device or for designing a new device, let our Engineering staff translate your idea into reality. Return Policy
A Return Authorization number must be obtained from Hobbs Medical’s Customer Service Department (800-344-6227) before returning products for evaluation. A reason for the return, lot number(s), catalog number(s), purchase order number(s), and requested disposition of the product(s) are required to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Products opened or used during a procedure will be considered a source of contamination and will not be accepted unless they have been sterilized and/or high-level disinfected prior to returning to Hobbs Medical.
Return Authorizations for non-defective, unused, or items ordered in error must be returned in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
